The programmes are built in several modules spread over weeks or months, giving participants time to reflect and apply new ways of working.

Reference Case: A Training Programme That Lives On
In 2017, Arkatay was entrusted to develop the Leading Projects and People training programme for an international corporation with over 20,000 employees. The programme was created in collaboration with reference groups and has since become a central part of the organisation’s initiative to strengthen project management competence.
