Program Management in Practice

Mastering Program Management

Unlike traditional project management, which focuses on individual deliverables, program management is about creating long-term value and capabilities for an organization. The program manager must ensure that various projects align with a shared goal, manage dependencies, optimize resource use, and adapt to changes in complex environments. By applying a structured approach, program management helps organizations navigate large-scale transformations and achieve sustainable results that extend beyond individual project successes.

About the course

Program Management in Practice is a comprehensive three-day training program designed to provide you with a hands-on, in-depth understanding of program management. The course is based on globally recognized frameworks and best practices, including ISO 21503, PMI® Standard for Program Management, and Axelos® Managing Successful Programmes (5th edition). Through a combination of theory, case studies, and discussions, you will develop a robust toolkit to successfully manage programs from initiation and planning to execution and benefits realization.
