Mastering Program Management
Unlike traditional project management, which focuses on individual deliverables, program management is about creating long-term value and capabilities for an organization. The program manager must ensure that various projects align with a shared goal, manage dependencies, optimize resource use, and adapt to changes in complex environments. By applying a structured approach, program management helps organizations navigate large-scale transformations and achieve sustainable results that extend beyond individual project successes.
