At some point, almost everyone encounters projects as a work format – whether in school, organizations, or more frequently, at work. In fact, approximately 40% of all work in organizations, both in private companies and the public sector, is conducted through projects. This makes “working in projects” a common phrase. Yet, few people understand what truly distinguishes projects from other work methods. Why do we work in projects, and more importantly, how can we work effectively in projects? These are questions with answers that are not always obvious.
About the course
Our “Project Management in Practice” course provides an in-depth look into project management fundamentals and best practices. Over three intensive days, participants gain hands-on tools and methods grounded in proven techniques for leading and contributing to projects. Emphasis is placed on translating theory into practice, enabling participants to immediately apply their new skills in their own organizations.

This course is suitable for both beginners in project management and experienced employees seeking a deeper understanding of project methodology. Participants should have a minimum of three years of higher education or equivalent professional experience.

Course objectives
Upon completing the course, participants will:

- Understand and apply PRINCE2® methodology, including its templates and tools
- Gain insight into various competencies and best practices in project management
- Be familiar with the PMBOK® Guide and ISO 21500
- Be introduced to optional certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM®, and PMP®
