How we handle your personal data

ARKATAY CONSULTING AB  (556717-0542, Södra Promenaden 53, 211 38 Malmö) is the personal data controller for the handeling of your personal data. If you have been in contact with us we can come to save your personal data in order to later be able to come in contact with you. The data is saved for as long as they serve a purpose, in order for us to maintain our communication. You can contact us and ask that your personal data is corrected or removed. If we don’t have a purpose for keeping your personal data, or for legal reasons are obliged to, we will delete it. You have the right to receive access to the categories of personal data that we are handeling, concerning you, through a register extract. 

We are using third party suppliers to complete services whenever necessary to maintain business relationships and handle contacts with other stakeholders.These third party suppliers are not allowed to use your personal data for their own gain, which we have contractually regelated with them.
