With the aim of equipping the organization with the right tools

When we measure project management maturity within organizations, our end goal is to equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to, in time, become successful in tackling big changes and adjustments as well as achieve a high level of project success. As a prolongation of and, moreover, an anchoring of this ambition, we often work with developing the leadership in the organization as a next step. We have experience in, for instance, developing different kinds of leadership programs as well as working together with organizations to mutually devote some extra attention to actions that evolve their leadership, culture, and cooperation.
