What does it mean to be part of a project group? And how does the manager or the project leader take this into consideration when considering their leadership? To what extent does the culture within the project group effect your results and ability to achieve the project goals? These are questions that might not always be easy to answer  – or even to consider starting off – but are nevertheless important to consider in a mature project organization.

 

With the aim of equipping the organization with the right tools

When we measure project management maturity within organizations, our end goal is to equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to, in time, become successful in tackling big changes and adjustments as well as achieve a high level of project success. As a prolongation of and, moreover, an anchoring of this ambition, we often work with developing the leadership in the organization as a next step. We have experience in, for instance, developing different kinds of leadership programs as well as working together with organizations to mutually devote some extra attention to actions that evolve their leadership, culture, and cooperation. When we work with developing leadership and culture, as part of a project management maturity journey, we put a lot of emphasis on seeing the process as a journey. A development journey where we accompany you along the way and together pass through a given starting point, what happens throughout the journey as well as when we have reached our goal.
